Requirements:

  • Must be fully comfortable and available to work in a 100% onsite setting.

  • Must possess permanent legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within the construction industry.

Position Summary

  • Oversee heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction phases to job closeout/punchlist

  • Establish project budgets, invoice processing, subcontractor pay estimates, cost reports, quantity reconciliation and owner billing

  • Develop budget forecasts and monitor progress of work per cost account to assure adherence to budget

  • Schedule project and updating project schedule using Primavera Contractor/P6 or equivalent

  • Develop and submit material submittals

  • Maintain submittal log

  • Process time and materials / extra work change orders

  • May supervise/mentor project engineer(s)
